A former alcoholic and prescription pill addict, Dr. Val, as many affectionately call her, knows firsthand how to use life’s stumbling blocks as stepping stones to success.

Audrey Smart
Audrey DF Smart is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Smart’s Management and Consulting Associates LLC. The company was established in July, 1983. She began her entrepreneurial career at the age of 5, when she started working at her parent’s restaurant. At the age of 18 she was employed as the Investment Research Information Assistant with the Ford Foundation for over five Years.
Public speaking has been a part of Mrs Smart’s life since she was twelve years of age. She has received numerous awards in oratory and writing. She is the speaker and founder of the “My Father’s Business” Training Seminars. She is considered a specialist in the are of Corporate, Chucrh, Not-For-Profit, Management, Starting Your Own Business, Personal Finance, Debt Reduction and Fund Raising.
Kimona Hanson-Amoah
Kimona Hanson-Amoah is a multifaceted businesswoman, thriving as a
real estate agent, investor, and entrepreneur. Originally from Ghana and
raised in the Bronx, she has achieved significant success in real estate,
closing over $50 million in sales within five years and earning numerous
awards. With degrees in business management and healthcare
administration, her career began in healthcare before transitioning to real
estate, where she found her true calling.
Kimona is also a faith-driven author, faith filled speaker & empowerment advocate, inspiring others through her Reign in Wealth Community and social media platforms. She is a proud wife and mother of three, attributing her accomplishments to her unwavering faith and family support
Lady Deniece Laurent-Mantey
First Lady Deniece Laurent-Mantey is a career diplomat, pastor, visionary, international speaker, and policy leader. Notably, she is a special advisor on U.S – Africa policy and has served in various positions at the White House and the U.S Department of State. She has served as a Special Assistant to Secretaries of State Hillary Clinton and John Kerry and Director for Africa in the Biden-Harris Administration. She is named as one of the Most Influential People of African Descent (MIPAD).
She is also the co-founder of the Vessels Network and Vessels Conference, a non-profit organization and conference in Washington, DC committed to promoting spiritual development and community transformation.

Pastor Tinu Asegieme
Pastor Tinu Asegieme is a highly respected and sought-after speaker, teacher, and relationship expert with a passion for empowering individuals and families. With over three decades of experience in ministry, she has dedicated her life to serving God and helping others discover their purpose and potential in life and marriage.
She met her husband, Pastor Ken Asegieme, at the Nigerian Law School, and they have been married for 26 years, with two beautiful daughters, Jemima and Shekinah. Pastor Tinu’s spiritual journey began on November 27, 1986, when she got born again. Since then, she has been committed to following Jesus Christ and the leading of the Holy Spirit.
